Location:
Located on the south shore of the St.Lawrence at the mouth of the
Richelieu about 38 nautical miles east of Sorel and 223 nautical miles
west of Les Escoumins. Navigational season is 12 months per year.
Description:
Open berth storage space, berth available for layby and minor repairs.
Private facilities at Tracy, Q.I.T. terminal for iron and titanium
products. Private facilites for grain handling. Terminal for Livestock
export. Covered storage space.

(From December 21st to April 15th).
Double pilotage is in force and 2 pilots board vessels. (From January 1st
to March 15th).

Expect of run-off to be capitalized mainly on export shipments.
